When assistance is required for daily living, such as meal preparation, hygiene and housekeeping, home care allows the individual to remain independent and continue to live in their own home.

We utilize a team approach to wellness and often collaborate with other professionals and organizations to find the best possible solutions for the care and health of those we serve.

The Home of the Good Shepherd Home Care Agency collaborates and coordinates with professional resources to ensure seamless billing and reimbursement for our clients. Clients must reside in Saratoga, Warren, Albany or Schenectady County, be under the care of a physician and allow health professionals in their home. Private pay clients are eligible and, in some cases, individuals may qualify for Medicaid to cover the cost of services.
