Job Description:

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting our community by:

Performing facility maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
Coordinating equipment repairs to ensure everything remains in top working condition.
Maintaining the overall appearance of the building, inside and out.
Assisting with sanitation, painting, and other light maintenance projects.
Responding to emergencies and addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Working closely with staff to support a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment for residents.

Job Type:

Full-Time

Hours:

32-40 hours per week. Weekdays and weekends are required. Availability for emergencies during off-hours.

Rate:

Starting at $18.50/hour, additional pay based upon experience and shift

Requirements:

Previous experience desired
High school Diploma/GED
Great customer service
Working in a team environment
Passion for serving seniors
